To all who have volunteered to work the color guard contest on March 20, THANK YOU!
Please look at the schedule posted below to see where and when you have been scheduled to work. If there is a problem with your shift, please contact Lori McFall immediately at mcfall525@comcast.net.
On Saturday, please report to worker check-in in the band hall 15-20 minutes before the start of your shift. You will receive a name tag—please wear it—and you will receive a meal ticket to use at the concession stand.
If you have not volunteered to work the contest, you still can! We do still have a few shifts that need to be filled. Let Lori know right away where you can help.
