Center Grove Trojan Marching Band 2010 Show Shirt Order Form
Parents please note: Each marching member will receive one FREE show (tee) shirt and we have already collected their sizes. You do not need to include that FREE shirt on this order form.
Orders must be prepaid. You may pay by check, cash or charge to a positive balance escrow account. Please make check payable to CGTBB. There will be NO RE-ORDERS. Orders must be returned to the white drop box located inside the music office by Friday, September 10th by 8:00am, so we can place the order that afternoon!
Also, consider purchasing an extra tee shirt if you plan to make a memory quilt for your student.

Fees for participation in the Center Grove Marching Trojan Band are $575.00. Fees are payable in 3 payments of:
PAYMENT #1 - $250.00 (non-refundable) – Due Thursday, June 10, 2010
PAYMENT #2 - $175.00 – Due Friday, July 16, 2010
PAYMENT #3 - $150.00 – Due Friday, August 20, 2010
Monies from fees are used to cover the expenses of meals, extra staff, travel expenses, uniforms and the purchase of props, performance equipment, etc. Fees may also be paid through the students escrow account which accumulates from participation in fund raising opportunities. Prior to each due date, please enclose the appropriate coupon with your payment and mail to the Band Boosters post office box or deposit it in the white drop box located inside the high school music office. Checks are payable to Center Grove Trojan Band Boosters or (CGTBB). Also, new this year, band fees can be paid with a credit card via PayPal. All practices are important. Every day the students will learn new music and new drill. If there are any conflicts, please notify a director as soon as possible.
