Center Grove Percussion Ensemble Wins PAS Percussion Ensemble Competition!

The Center Grove High School Percussion Ensemble has won the Percussive Arts Society Percussion Ensemble Competition. Center Grove was selected as one of two high school groups to present an hour-long showcase concert at PASIC 2011 in Indianapolis, IN. This invitation is among the most prestigious invitations that a concert percussion ensemble can receive. Center Grove will perform their showcase concert on Friday, Nov. 11th at 1:00 PM.

College tuition is escalating out of control which has steered talented musicians and artists away from pursuing their dreams in place of something more "practical".

Scholarships for the Arts

Their mission is to promote the continuation of the arts at the college and university level by helping identify talent for the colleges and scholarships and opportunities for the students. As the site grows, part of the plan is to help fund booster clubs so students can concentrate on their music and grades, and not selling candy bars.
