CANNED FOOD DRIVE TO BENEFIT The CARE Pantry
Center Grove Marching Band & Color Guard will be holding a Canned Food Drive Monday, August 2 thru Thursday, August 5. There will be 10 ‘teams’ and the team with the most cans/team member will get a pizza lunch delivered to them during band practice on Thursday, August 12! Click here for more info!

WINDOW DECAL ORDERS

Order your 2010 window decals, a great way to show support for your student musician! Separate decals for Color Guard, Marching Band and Percussion, and can be ordered with or without your student's name below the respective logo. All orders should be deposited in the white drop box behind the Music Office door and MUST be received no later than Friday August 6th. Order yours today!

PERCUSSION

Congratulations to the Center Grove High School Percussion Ensemble for their invitation to the 64th Annual Midwest Clinic.  The ensemble will perform for hundreds of educators in Chicago on December 18th, 2010.

Band Booster UPDATE: 

The next meeting will be held Tuesday, August 10 at 7:30pm in the band room. All parents are invited and encouraged to attend.  A great deal of information is given at each meeting regarding schedules, fundraisers, upcoming events, volunteer needs, directors’ updates on the program, etc.  The best way for you to stay informed is to attend the Booster meetings.

Band Donations

Band fees are necessary to provide the funding for many items for the students and band program.  The Band Fees only provide a third of the budgeted amount needed for each student.  The remaining budget comes from donations and fundraisers throughout the year. 

Center Grove Trojan Band Boosters, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit group.  Therefore, donations are tax deductible.  Any donations to CGTBB are appreciated and help keep expenses low for the students.
